Expecting 5,000 attendees?
Tell us how many people may arrive and sign in at the same time. We agree capacity requirements and scope load testing before launch, so the setup is based on your expected peak traffic.
Attendee count alone is not a concurrency guarantee: simultaneous sign-ins and ongoing browsing place different demands on the service.

We can enable language switching for your event, so attendees can choose their preferred language. English and German are shown here as an example; tell us which languages your conference needs.
Your titles, in both languages
Use alternative session titles supplied by your team, or include automatic translation in the agreed setup, with organiser review before publication. We agree which interface labels and event content will be translated.

A few practical details.
Do attendees need to download an app?
They can open it in their browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Installation on the home screen is also available on supported devices.
How do we keep the programme up to date?
Import a CSV and review the changes before publishing, or make a quick room or time change in the organiser panel. Google Sheets can be connected as part of an agreed setup.
Can attendees receive notifications?
Announcements appear in the app. System push notifications require a supported device, HTTPS, attendee permission and delivery setup tested for your event.
How does attendee access work?
The demo uses an email access list without passwords. It does not verify ownership of the address. If your event needs verified access, we can scope email-link authentication separately.
What will the app’s address be, and where is it hosted?
Use your own domain or a subdomain, such as app.yourconference.org. We provide the DNS settings so you or your domain administrator can point it to our hosting, and we configure HTTPS. Five years of hosting on our servers are included in the implementation price. You retain control of your domain; domain registration and renewal are separate. Alternative hosting arrangements can be agreed individually.
Can the app support a large conference?
The app is designed with performance in mind, using a lightweight interface and cached programme content. For large events, we agree peak usage requirements, hosting capacity and any load testing needed before launch. A figure such as 5,000 attendees is not a promise of 5,000 simultaneous sign-ins without validating the deployment.
What if we need a different feature?
Send us your requirements. We will separate what is already included from any custom modifications and prepare an individual estimate.
