We keep cooperation simple. You talk directly to the developers working on your project and always know what is being worked on.
For ongoing cooperation, tasks are tracked individually and hourly work is recorded, so you can see where the development time was spent. For larger, well-defined projects we can also agree on a fixed project estimate.
We are equally comfortable joining an agency’s existing workflow or managing tasks through our own tools. For smaller jobs, email is often all that is needed.
Before making significant changes to an existing website, we first try to understand how it is built and why it currently behaves the way it does. When appropriate, changes are tested on a staging environment before being deployed to production.
For new WordPress projects, we typically use Gutenberg for content editing, ACF for custom content and administration features, WPML for multilingual websites, and Yoast SEO. We also regularly work with WooCommerce, Cloudflare, caching solutions and different hosting environments.
These are tools we know well, but we are not tied to a specific stack. We are happy to work with existing solutions or use alternatives when they are a better fit for the project. We use established WordPress tools where they make sense and custom development where they do not.
The solution is chosen for the project rather than the other way around.
