Hourly work
Maintenance, troubleshooting and development work is billed by the hour. Time is tracked per project and task, so you can see exactly what was worked on.
Standard hourly rate: €85 / $95 / 370 PLN
Monthly support packages
For websites that need ongoing care, we offer monthly packages. Each package combines a fixed fee for maintenance, security, hosting and backups with a set number of work hours each month.
- Work hours in a package are billed at a reduced rate of €80 / $90 / 350 PLN.
- Routine maintenance doesn’t use package hours.
- Up to half of any unused hours carry over to the next month.
- All hours for package clients, including those beyond the package, are billed at the package rate.
- One invoice per month, with a report of the work done.
Packages are put together for each website. Contact us and we’ll suggest one based on your site and how much work it usually needs.
Fixed-price projects
For larger projects with a clearly defined scope, we can also give a fixed project price. That estimate includes the risk of committing to the agreed scope and budget.
Before starting a larger task, we give an estimate whenever the scope allows it. If investigation is needed before the scope can be set, we tell you first.
